It’s complicated! Phil Collins and ex-wife Orianne Cevey are over again, and he’s reportedly trying to evict her from his home.
The couple tied the knot in 1999, but filed for divorce in 2006 after welcoming two sons together.
The singer paid Cevey more than $46 million, and she went on to marry Charles Mejjati.
After Orianne and Charles went their separate ways, she got back together with Collins in 2016. Now, after years of dating, Phil and Orianne have split, TMZ reports.
It isn’t a cut-and-dry breakup. The site reports that Orianne married someone named Thomas Bates in August, while claiming she was on a business trip to Las Vegas.
Collins is now trying to have Cevey evicted from his Florida home. Sources tell TMZ she has changed the security codes, and is threatening to release false accusations against him unless he renegotiates their divorce settlement.
A source tells TMZ he has a trust to financially support their sons, and doesn’t feel there is any reason to renegotiate with Orianne.
Collins will reportedly file an eviction lawsuit this week.
When TMZ reached out to Orianne’s attorney Frank Maister, he had no comment.
