Are Ciara’s Kids Following In Her Footsteps? Plus: Her Missed Call from Michael Jackson

On Wednesday, “Extra's” AJ Calloway sat down with Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Ciara in NYC as she was announced as the new ambassador for Pandora Jewelry's new Shine Collection.
Ciara has been busy in the studio, teasing, “I am working on my album. I've been working on it for some time now, and it has been a lot of fun and when it's time, I'm going to give it to my fans, but I can't wait to share it.”
Her kids, Future Zahir, 3œ, and 10-month-old Sienna, appear to share the same musical talents as their famous mom! Ciara revealed, “Sienna dances! As soon as she hears the music, she is bouncing! Future he has this new groove... and he's obsessed with Michael Jackson.”
Did Ciara ever have her own MJ moment? She replied, “I never got to meet him. I talked to him on the phone... I actually missed the first phone call! I got the call again and we chatted... and he was asking me to be a part of a song he was doing at the time with many other artists and it was very cool. He's my biggest inspiration as an artist so that was very special, and at least I have that cool moment in [my] memory.”
Of her new collaboration with Pandora, Ciara said, “I was a huge fan of the brand growing up... It's cool and it's about inspiring women to be who they are and to express themselves creatively and to shine bright. I relate to that... It's affordable and you feel luxurious at the same time.”
