Chris Harrison Speaks Out for the First Time Since Stepping Away from ‘The Bachelor’

“The Bachelor” host Chris Harrison is opening up for the first since stepping aside from the franchise.
In a new interview, set to air tomorrow, “Good Morning America’s” Michael Strahan asks why Harrison defended contestant Rachael Kirkconnell.
Chris answers, “It was a mistake,” adding, “I made a mistake. I am an imperfect man. I made a mistake. And I own that.”
Harrison came under fire when he defended contestant Kirkconnell, who had been accused of racist behavior online, during an “Extra” interview with Rachel Lindsay.
