LANCO guitarist Eric Steedly, 29, is a married man! The musician just tied the knot with photographer Jessica Wardwell, 30, on Sunday in Nashville.
The couple opened up to People about the nuptials, saying, “It has definitely been an interesting time to plan a wedding and start our new life. But the silver lining is that, since we have known each other, we have never been able to spend this much time together because I am on the road so much.”
They continued, “We are excited to soak in this time at home and can’t wait for all of our future adventures to begin when things go back to normal!”
Their special day included Wardwell walking down the aisle in an Olia Zavozina gown as she carried a bouquet by Vintage Florals.
Eric’s bandmates — singer Brandon Lancaster, bass guitarist Chandler Baldwin, keyboardist Jared Hampton, and drummer Tripp Howell — looked dapper in matching beige suits as his groomsmen alongside Steedly’s brother Andy.
The couple scaled back their original plans for the celebration due to COVID-19, and Eric told People, “We did our best to space people out during the ceremony and reception and kept the bar outside. All of our guests were very considerate of each other and the guidelines we put in place for the night. We even had fun masks and personal sanitizers made and dispersed.”
Eric and Jessica started dating in May 2018, and he popped the question in January 2020.
Steedly shared Instagram photos from the proposal in Aruba, writing, “Well, I guess we’re gonna go get hitched! I love you Jessica.”
