Kanye West shared his “Kanye 2020 Vision” with a new presidential campaign tweet featuring a collage of photos that includes Kirsten Dunst and Anna Wintour.
A confused Dunst reacted on Twitter, asking, “What’s the message here, and why am I apart of it?”
Her rep told Page Six she was not informed in advance, nor did he receive permission to use her photo.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Vogue made it clear Wintour was not endorsing the campaign either. “Anna has been a deeply committed supporter of the Democratic Party for many years, and is highly engaged in helping Biden/Harris win this November,” the spokesperson said.
West, who is bipolar, is running as the standard-bearer of the newly created Birthday Party, and so far will only appear on the ballot in three states. He recently launched a campaign website outlining his views on the economy, education, and more.
West also debuted a line of “Kanye 2020 Vision” merch, which appears to be inspired by the skate brand Vision Street Wear.
