Opening up about his new show, Joe revealed the "old villa" he is working on was actually Teresa's father's! "Me and the old man were very close and it goes to the kids, so I am finishing it. I started filming it and they came up with 'This Old Villa.'" He described it as a total rehab, adding, "I will live in it when the kids come, when I'm there."

Joe also spoke about the connection he had with Judge Esther Salas, the federal judge whose son was killed and whose husband was seriously injured when a man shot them at her family home. It's very unfortunate… that’s terrible."
