Christina Ricci Granted Emergency Protective Order Against Husband After Domestic Battery Call

Actress Christina Ricci and husband James Heerdegen were involved in a domestic dispute last week, reports Us Weekly.
The magazine claims officers responded to a “domestic battery radio call” at Ricci's Woodland Hills home at 9:20 a.m. on June 25. Nobody was arrested, and sources tell The Blast that Christina had no visible injuries.
Since then, Christina has been granted an emergency protective order against James.
The Blast also notes that Ricci has hired a lawyer and plans to file for divorce.
Christina and James, who have a 5-year-old son named Freddie, wed in Manhattan in October 2013 after meeting on the set of “Pan Am.”
