Former NBA player and current NBA broadcaster Shaquille O'Neal is weighing in on the news basketball is coming back with many new restrictions due to COVID-19.
The NBA is set to “re-start” their season in a bubble at Disney World Orlando. Players will not be permitted to go in and out of the area.
