Tom Bergeron Talks Upcoming COVID-19 MPTF Relief Benefit, Plus: The Future of ‘DWTS’

“Extra's” Billy Bush caught up with “Dancing with the Stars” host Tom Bergeron, who opened up about losing his uncle to COVID-19, and his upcoming relief benefit for the Motion Picture & Television Fund. Tom also discussed the future of “DWTS.”
Tom and Yvette Nicole Brown will co-host “We All Play Our Part: A Benefit for MPTF” on May 15 at 6 p.m. on MPTF's YouTube channel. Stars set to participate include George Clooney, Allison Janney, Taye Diggs, Jodie Foster, Hugh Jackman, Wanda Sykes, Jeff Bridges and many others.
MPTF supports working and retired members of the entertainment community with a safety net of health and social services. Proceeds from the one-night--only fundraiser will benefit the organization's COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund.
