On Monday, Johnson revealed that she gave birth to a baby girl, her first child with husband Andrew East.
Along a pic of her holding the bundle of joy taken by Teale Photography, Shawn wrote on Instagram, “You are our everything. Welcome to the world baby girl. @andrewdeast @theeastbaby @thefamilyeast.”
The couple has not revealed their baby girl's name yet.
Before the big news, Shawn and Andrew hinted at their baby's gender by adding a pink onesie to their website, which people were able to preorder.
Shawn and Andrew have documented her pregnancy on their social media accounts.
Earlier this month, Johnson landed in the emergency room after suffering a painful injury.

Johnson shared the news on her Instagram Stories, reassuring fans that the trip to a hospital “had nothing to do with the baby.”
“I dropped a piece of concrete on my foot — a piece of concrete fell on my foot because I was real excited about petting a dog… and I broke my big toe just in half,” she revealed, adding, “Pretty nasty, so that happened.”
The former gymnast insisted the baby is fine, and that she was skipping pain meds because she's expecting.
She wrote, “Guys I'm great, I promise. I've got some pretty coloring, my foot is a little bit bigger than usual, my big toe's a little bit longer than usual, but I'm good! It's just a perfect excuse to chill out until baby comes!”
