Less than 24 hours before taking the stage in Las Vegas for the first of her final four “All I Have” shows, Jennifer Lopez joined boyfriend Alex Rodriguez in New York City at the Great Sports Legends Dinner benefiting The Miami Project and The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. The power couple met with Buoniconti Fund Co-Founder Marc Buoniconti at the event.
Rodriguez, a World Series Champion with the New York Yankees, and one of the greatest baseball players of all time, was one of the legends honored at the 33rd annual fundraiser. Since its inception in 1985, the Great Sports Legends Dinner has honored more than 350 sports legends and humanitarians, and raised more than $120 million for The Buoniconti Fund and The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
J.Lo snapped a selfie with A-Rod at the event and shared the photo on Instagram. She wrote, "Stand up for those who can’t!!! Proud to be here supporting #thebuonicontifund to find the cure for paralysis where @arod is being honored at the 33rd Great Sports Legends Annual Dinner #greatnight for an amazing cause 💙"
