The christening of Prince Louis happened July 9 in the Chapel Royal at St. James's Palace, and now official photos by world-class portraitist Matt Holyoak have been released for all to see!
People magazine reports the official photos were snapped in the Morning Room and on the grounds at Clarence House, where Prince Charles and his wife Camilla reside.
The four photos that were released show a variety of combinations, starting with the extended royal family (Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip had nixed attending); then tightening to the happy parents and siblings, grandparents, and Aunt Megan Markle and Uncle Harry; moving to a family photo of just William, Kate, and their three children; and, finally, a glorious outdoor photo of Kate holding Louis.

Holyoak said in a statement, “I was truly honored at being asked to take the official photographs at the christening of Prince Louis, and to witness at first hand such a happy event. Everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits, it was an absolute pleasure. I only hope I have captured some of that joy in my photographs.”
