Police showed up at Heather Locklear's Thousands Oaks home today looking for a gun, reports TMZ.
The news comes following Locklear's arrest last month on domestic violence and assault charges. Sources say officers obtained a search warrant, because during the arrest she allegedly told them, “If you ever come back to my house I will shoot you.”
Law enforcement later learned that Locklear has had a handgun registered in her name since 1985.
Officers spent several hours at the house, but left empty-handed. The former “Melrose Place” star was not home at the time.
TMZ reports Locklear is currently at a medical treatment facility.
