Former child star Macaulay Culkin is looking a lot happier these days after leaving his acting career behind.
On Thursday, Culkin wore hipster glasses and a man bun for a surprise appearance at an Adam Green gig in Cambridge, England. During the show, Culkin showed off his dance moves while singing in front of the crowd at The Portland Arms.
Though the “Home Alone” star said he is "essentially retired,” he will be working with Adam on a Kickstarter-funded project called “Aladdin.” The two last collaborated in 2011 on Green's debut film, “The Wrong Ferrari.”
Culkin has been trying to keep a low profile for years, but he is often recognized on the streets of NYC. The Daily Mail recently obtained photos of him wearing red nail polish while heading to Smile Café in the Big Apple.
It's no surprise that he prefers to step out in the wee hours. He told New York magazine, "I'll take walks at two or four in the morning, because there's nobody out on the streets and it's easy for me to go unnoticed.”
