Fans have been on pins and needles since hearing about Joe Manganiello's emergency surgery — he suffered from acute appendicitis in April.
Now, wife Sofia Vergara seems to be reassuring everyone by posting a glowing portrait of the couple, nonchalantly captioned, "Afternoon tea" with two heart and two dancer emojis.

Joe looks subdued but healthy in his wife's embrace.
He reportedly had to drop out of the History Channel show "Six," about Navy SEALs, due to his need to take it easy while his body fights back from his health scare.
Earlier this month, Sofia had already started letting fans know that Joe was not in serious trouble, telling "Extra," "He's okay. He's good... It's fine. I knew what he had. Everybody goes to the hospital once in a while."
