Last night, Miley Cyrus kicked off her Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz tour in Chicago, where she let it all hang loose!
During her set, Cyrus was not shy about nudity — she wore a strap-on phallus and fake boobs, along with a purple wig and boots. It was definitely one of her most risqué outfits to date!
