George Clooney Addresses Rumors About Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Becoming His Next-Door Neighbors

George Clooney is continuing to launch Casamigos Tequila around the world; this time, it's London, where "Extra" caught up with him at a launch event on Thursday night.

George and his wife Amal are currently renovating their home in London. When asked about the progress on their home, he shared, "Almost done. I think we're in a couple of weeks now. I'm really excited.”

Clooney also shot down rumors that his famous friends Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are moving next door. "The funny thing is the first time I ever heard of that was literally as I was walking in today, somebody said, 'Did you hear that Brad and Angie are moving?' and then I was like, 'I don't think that's probably accurate, that's probably a rumor.'"

During the interview, George also discussed recent comments he made about Amal being the smart one in their family. He laughed, "I get to wear the trousers and she gets to be the smart one; that's a fair deal, that's a fair trade… I was asked, you know, 'Is she the smart one in the family?' and I don't think anyone would argue with that, do you?"

George and business partner Rande Gerber have been busy traveling across the globe for Casamigos Tequila, but it looks like they are close to the finish line. He said, "We've pretty much done it now — we got Italy, England, and Spain, so we're done."

Clooney attended the launch event without Amal. He wasn't alone, though — he spent the night with Rande and Rande's wife, Cindy Crawford, who is promoting her new book, "Becoming."
