Evangeline, who is expecting baby No. 2 in a few months, chatted with “Extra's” Renée Bargh at the premiere, where she revealed how she kept the baby news under wraps.
“I live a fairly simple private life and I'm not a big announcer,” Evangeline said. “I'm not a big public, 'Look at me, I'm having a baby.'”
She did say she was surprised the news didn't come out sooner. “I just finished doing two full days of press for this film and it still managed not to leak on Twitter or anything, I couldn't believe it.”
The 35-year-old “Lost” alum said she feels “wonderful” and “loves being pregnant.”
Evangeline confirmed that she is about seven months along. “I feel pretty prepared, it's my number two, so I feel like once you've done it once, you're a little bit more prepared the second time around.”
Lilly gave birth to son Kahekili with partner Norman Kali in May 2011.
The actress, who plays martial arts expert Hope Van Dyne in the Marvel film, co-stars with Michael Douglas and Paul Rudd.
