Miley Cyrus Wants to ‘Free the Nipple’ in a Big Way
Never one to shy away from showing off her ta-tas, Miley Cyrus joined the “free the nipple” campaign by posting a topless pic on Instagram.
Cyrus posted the photo of herself lying down with her hand over her chest late Saturday night, writing, "Some lame ass deff gonna [flag] that but f--kkkkkkk it. #practicewhatchupreach #FreeTheNipple #FreedatShit”… and Instagram indeed promptly deleted it.
That didn't stop Miley from posting a few more memes! In one, she superimposed pics of her much younger self on top of a group of shirtless (but nipples pixelated) women.
The 22-year-old has been supportive of the movement that aims to end the media's "glorification of violence and repression of nudity."
Miley joins other stars like Rumer Willis, Scout Willis, Lena Dunham and Liv Tyler who have expressed their support for the equality movement that "stands against female oppression and censorship" while helping to "empower women across the world."
