Paul Simon and Edie Brickell Arrested for Disorderly Conduct
Things between singer Paul Simon, 72, and wife Edie Brickell, 47, allegedly got heated on Saturday at their home in New Canaan, Conn., resulting in the couple's arrest for disorderly conduct.
The New Canaan Police Department told ABC News that officers arrived to Simon and Brickell's home around 8:20 PM to investigate "a family dispute” and found signs of physical violence and minor injuries.
"Investigating officers gathered information and found probable cause to arrest the below individuals," the police said.
Brickell is Simon's third wife and they have three children together. He was also married to actress Carrie Fisher and Peggy Harper.
Simon and Brickell married in 1992. They are to be arraigned this afternoon in Norwalk Superior Court.
