Singer Usher's stepson died on Saturday following a tragic jetski accident earlier this month. Doctors removed Kyle Glover, 11, from life support due to his severe injuries, reports TMZ.
Kyle was inner tubing with a 15-year-old female on Lake Lanier in Atlanta on July 8 when the two were hit by a jetski driven by Jeffrey S. Hubbard, a family friend.
Sgt. Mike Burgamy with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources told the Daily News, “One minute the jet ski was running around, the next he ran over the top of them. It happened that quickly,” he said. “It appears the watercraft did strike both juveniles, with the male taking the brunt of the force.”
The boy's mother, Tameka Foster and Usher have been by his side at Egelston Hospital. Usher and Tameka are currently going through a divorce.
Usher's friend Justin Bieber tweeted, "RIP Kile" on Saturday.
