Adele Cancels Remainder of Tour over Vocal Cord Issues
Singer Adele announced Friday she has to cancel all of her live dates and promotional appearances for the rest of the year.
This news comes three weeks after Adele canceled her sold-out U.S. tour because of a hemorrhage on her vocal cords.
The "Rolling in the Deep" singer will undergo throat surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.
While the singer's live appearances are on hold, her album "21" continues to dominate the Billboard 200.
