Kim Kardashian's Prenup: Who's Worth More?
Reality couple Kim Kardashian and fiancé Kris Humphries look blissfully in love, but the two have a solid prenuptial agreement to protect their bank accounts... just in case reality bites.
The prenup, considered to be pretty standard, protects both mega-rich parties, with Kim's net worth being $35 million and Kris, $8 million. The contract states that that all of Kim's income during their future marriage is off limits in the event that their relationship goes south.
A source revealed to Us Weekly, "Kim's Beverly Hills home and all of her assets are protected."
Humphries, who currently plays pro-basketball for the New Jersey Nets, earns $3.2 million a year, and purchased an enormous 20.5-carat engagement ring for his beloved girlfriend.
Kim and Kris are set to wed on August 20, and the TV audience can tune in for a special two-part show, October 9 and 10 on E!.
