Is it true Chris Brown promised Rihanna a proposal?!
There are so many Chris and Rihanna rumors circulating, but this one's reportedly true! Star magazine is reporting Brown apologized to Rihanna for the alleged beating with more than an "I'm sorry." The mag says he made promises during his apology including a ring, a baby, and even a wedding.
