ABC to Name Drop for 'Dancing'
The wait is over! ABC will announce the new cast of "Dancing with the Stars" season 8 Sunday, February 8! The network is calling the 8 to 11 PM time slot the "All Night Name Drop." "Dancing" host Tom Bergeron will appear in segments throughout ABC's primetime schedule.
The "All Night Name Drop" will be competing against Sunday night's Grammy Awards on CBS. Fans of "Dancing with the Stars" can watch "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," "Desperate Housewives," and "Brothers & Sisters" -- or constantly refresh ABC.com. The site will post each cast member's name immediately after the reveals with an online list.
OK! Magazine is reporting "Jackass" stuntman Steve-O aka Stephen Glover is strapping on his dancing shoes. During an interview on "The Bonnie Hunt Show," singer Donny Osmond let it slip he might be on the show.
Season 8 of "Dancing with the Stars" returns March 9.
