New Papers Filed in Sara Evans Divorce
"Extra" has the new divorce papers filed on February 6, by country singer and ex-“Dancing with the Stars” contestant Sara Evans.
The proposed parenting plan has been filed at the court but is awaiting a judge's signature.
The divorce papers issued by the State of Tennessee's Chancery Court begin with the following statement:
The Mother and Father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced. They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.
According to the papers, Sara Evans is the primary residential parent to the three children she shares with Craig.
If approved, the power to make major decisions regarding each child has been given to Sara. These decisions include educational, non-emergency health care, religious upbringing and extracurricular activities.
The divorce papers also report that father's gross monthly income "is unknown if he is gainfully employed” while “Mother's gross monthly income is approximately $101,518.” In addition, both parents must have a minimum life insurance of $1 million by whole life or term insurance.
