Khloé Offers the Latest on Lamar and Rob's Health, Reveals Kris Gets Tipsy on 'Kocktails'
“Extra's" Terri Seymour sat down with Khloé Kardashian, and the reality star chatted about her new FYI talk show "Kocktails with Khloé." She opened up to Terri about her dream guest, mother Kris Jenner getting drunk on her set, and if she would like Caitlyn Jenner to appear on the show. She also talked about her current love life and how ex Lamar Odom and her brother Rob are doing following their health scares, and more!
As for her dream guest, Khloé revealed, “Beyoncé would be fabulous, but I think I would maybe fan girl too much… I don't know if she's a big drinker, so I'm not sure if she would do all that. She just seems super fun and chill.”
Whether or not Kris Jenner or Caitlyn Jenner would appear, she shared, "We only have 8 episodes for the first season, so I don't want it to to resemble too much of our reality show, so I'm definitely going to have bits and pieces of my family. My mom did the test shoot with me yesterday, which was great. She did have quite too many cocktails, but that's okay… good for Kris. I'm happy we got her a driver. She was a little wild." As far as Caitlyn is concerned, Khloé said, "I want Caitlyn to come on.”
Will baby Saint West appear, like the time Kris had baby North on her talk show a few years ago? Khloé said, "I am not very forceful with my family. I like to let them do what they want. I think my mom is maybe a little more aggressive like that, but I will see how it goes.”
As for how she is feeling after contracting a staph infection while by Lamar Odom's bedside in the hospital, she said, "I'm feeling great. I do feel, I guess 100%. Just overwhelmed with everything, but in a good way….” About ex-husband Lamar, Khloé said, "He's doing good. Every day is better and better. Thank goodness. And he's fighting… the therapist said he has such a drive and such a will to want to get better… I think it's great to hear how strong he is and how much he wants to get better and just heal himself… I just want for him to have his happy.”
On expanding her love life, Khloé said that she and James Harden are “still very much great. He has his career and I have mine… it's all about scheduling.” She added, “If you want to [make it work] you will, you find a way.” Terri asked, “Do you think he's the one?” Khloé explained, “Don't know. It's not that I do, it's not that I don't… I'm just taking it one day at a time.”
In terms of dreaming of a family and having babies, Khloé said, "One day for sure… I don't know what that entails. I don't know if that is having my own kids, adopting, if I become a stepparent to someone else's kids… I don't know what a perfect family is anymore, 'cause my family is so mixed and moshed, but I find it perfect."
And speaking of family, when asked about how her brother Rob is doing after his December health scare, Khloé said he is “leaving all the bad stuff in 2015. It's 2016 and we're trying to focus on his health and getting better, and I think that health scare made him take things a little more seriously, which is all I could ask for. I really hope and pray that this is going to be a great year for him. I think it will be.” As for the rumor that Rob could be the next Subway spokesman, Khloé squashed the rumor and said, "I didn't hear that. I don't think so."
"Kocktails with Khloé" premieres January 20 on FYI.
