Ramona Singer Reacts to Dorinda Medley Leaving ‘RHONY’
There is never a lull in the drama when it comes to “The Real Housewives of New York.” Weeks after the explosive socially distanced reunion filmed, news broke that Dorinda Medley was leaving the Bravo show. “Extra's” Jenn Lahmers got Ramona Singer's reaction today.
“We're going to be sad to miss her,” she said, sharing, “I was in shock and I think the whole world was in shock. Where would we be without Dorinda?”
Ramona confirmed she has reached out to her, saying, “Of course… We only wish her the best. I'm speechless about it.”
Jenn asked about reports Dorinda was ousted for being a mean drunk. Ramona disputed it, saying, “No, I don't believe that. I don't know. It was a Bravo decision between Bravo and Dorinda, whatever that decision was and I'm not privy to that, but Dorinda was great for the show.”
She also refuted reports that she and Luann were concerned about their roles on the show. “I'm here as long as I have fun and as long as Bravo wants me… If I'm invited back, I'll be excited to do it. If not, life goes on without Bravo. Who knows?”
Watch “RHONY” Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo, and check out the three-part reunion, which kicks off September 10 at 9 p.m.
