Tyler Perry Spreads Holiday Cheer in Atlanta with Very Generous Gift

Tyler Perry just made the holiday season a lot brighter for some residents in Atlanta.
The producer played Santa to Walmart customers… by paying off their layaways!
TMZ reports Perry spent $178,000 at one store, and $256,000 at another.
He tried to do the good deed anonymously, but once word got out, he fessed up and posted a video on Twitter. Tyler let shoppers know the locations of the two stores and that they just needed to pay one penny to pick up their goods.
The star explained, “I know it is hard times and a lot of people are struggling and I'm just really, really grateful to be able to be in a position to do this. God bless you. Go get your stuff. Merry Christmas!”
