Kim Kardashian is still selfie-obsessed... and that's a good thing. She posted a new ultra-cleavage-baring shot from a dress fitting. In a throwback to '90s fashion, K-dash rocked a massive choker, but even that piece of jewelry not enough to take the attention away from all that skin! The leather trimmed dress features a studded look on the bottom.
Of course, pictures like this are a big reason the E! reality star has over 28 million Instagram followers. Kim shared her 5 simple steps to getting to that massive number with The Hollywood Reporter... and #5 has to be our favorite, "Promote yourself, not products." She definitely has that one down!
