Video: Janice Dickinson's Tearful TV Breakdown over 'Monster' Bill Cosby
Model Janice Dickinson broke down in tears during an emotional interview with CNN's Fredricka Whitfield while talking about the night she says Bill Cosby drugged and raped her.
Dickinson said she had recently finished rehab in 1982 when she met up with Cosby to talk about her career. As they sat at dinner he offered her red wine, but she refused. When she mentioned she had menstrual cramps, he offered her a pill, which she accepted.
The 59-year-old said she trusted the sitcom star “because of his demeanor and the promise of a career.”
He took her back to a room where she managed to take some Polaroid pictures of him in a patchwork robe, which she provided to CNN for the interview.
Dickinson continued, “The last thing I remember was blacking out and Cosby mounting me like the monster he was. And I was thinking, 'What the heck?' I remember passing out, but more specifically waking up. There was a lot of pain downstairs. There was semen all over me and that my pajama bottoms were off and my top was open and at that point — fight or flight! — I just packed up and got the hell out of there.”
The former “America's Next Top Model” judge said she didn't report it because, “I remember being humiliated, disgusted, I had revulsion towards Cosby. I stuffed it, I compartmentalized it because I was embarrassed.”
It's too late to bring charges against the “Cosby Show” star, but Dickinson would like him to “at least acknowledge that he is a pig, he is a monster, and he raped me.”
At the end of the interview, before cameras stopped rolling, Dickinson began to cry. “I'm sorry, I don't know how to process these emotions,” she said. “I'm going to meditate. I'm going to go to church. This is affecting me in my house, this is affecting me here, and it's really affecting these women.”
Dickinson is one of nearly 20 women to accuse Cosby of sexual assault. His lawyer has repeatedly denied the claims.
