Fans were worried when they heard that former "RHONY" star Jill Zarin was involved in a major car crash yesterday, one that left her unconscious at the scene!
Now, the plucky entrepreneur is taking to Twitter to reassure everyone. In her first tweet since her accident, Jill wrote, "Thank you ALL SO MUCH for all your kindness. I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support. I am OK. Bruised and banged up but OK."
