Secretly Engaged? Nicolas Cage Applies for Marriage License

It looks like Nicolas Cage is ready to walk down the aisle with much younger girlfriend Erika Koike.
According to court records obtained by TMZ, Cage applied for a marriage license in Clark County, Las Vegas.
The two have been dating since April 2018.
If they wed, Koike would be the actor's fourth wife.
