Amber Heard’s Own Domestic Violence History Led to an Arrest?
Before she accused Johnny Depp of domestic violence, Amber Heard was reportedly arrested for the same offense in September 2009, according to court documents obtained by "Extra."
At the time, Amber and ex Tasya van Ree were allegedly involved in an altercation at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. In a heated moment, Amber supposedly grabbed Tasya's arm and was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence.
Following the arrest, Amber appeared in court, where the prosecutor decided not to move on with the assault case. Listen to the audio from the court hearing here.
Amber is the middle of an ugly divorce from Johnny, who she claims hit her with an iPhone. Despite her facial bruises, two concierges who work in the building where the couple lived claim they did not see any bruises after the alleged attack. One resident in the building told TMZ, "I was about to compliment her on her complexion.”
Amber's friend iO Tillett Wright is defending her abuse allegations, tweeting, "I've had enough. I saw the bruises. Many times. And the fat lip. And the cut head."
