Eddie Redmayne Says His Wife ‘Wears the Trousers’ in Their Relationship
Oscar nominee Eddie Redmayne took his beautiful pregnant wife Hannah as his date at tonight's Oscars ceremony.
Though the happy couple posed for photos together on the red carpet, he did interviews solo. He opened up to “Extra's” Mario Lopez about impending fatherhood. Eddie revealed that Hannah made the big decision not to find out the gender of their baby, saying, “It's gonna be a surprise.”
He added, “I'm going to be honest. I was like, 'Maybe we should find out.' My wife's like, 'We're not finding out.' She wears the trousers. It's one of the great surprises that still exists in the world.”
When asked if he was ready to be a dad, Eddie said they still have a few more months to go. “We just got our first book or two, and they are just staring at us guiltily that we should be learning how to be parents… but we haven't opened them yet.”
