Report: Ivanka Trump Verbally Attacked on JetBlue Plane
Though the holiday season is supposed to be full of joy, President-elect Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka was reportedly verbally harassed by another passenger on a JetBlue flight out of JFK.
While sitting in coach with her family on Thursday morning, a passenger told Ivanka, "Your father is ruining the country.” The DailyMail.com reports that the passenger was a Brooklyn lawyer named Dan Goldstein.
According to TMZ, Ivanka tried to ignore the passenger, who also reportedly screamed, “Why is she on our flight? She should be flying private.”
During the unpleasant confrontation, she used crayons to distract her kids.
Before the disruptive passenger was escorted off the plane, he said, "You're kicking me off for expressing my opinion?!!”
Another passenger also shared a firsthand account of what went down between Trump and Goldstein, writing on Instagram, "he didn't accost her directly."

JetBlue has released a statement on the incident, saying, "The decision to remove a customer from a flight is not taken lightly. If the crew determines that a customer is causing conflict on the aircraft, the customer will be asked to deplane, especially if the crew feels the situation runs the risk of escalation during flight. Our team worked to re-accommodate the party on the next available flight."
An hour before takeoff, the passenger's husband tweeted, "Ivanka and Jared at JFK T5, flying commercial. My husband chasing them down to harass them.” The tweet has been deleted. He later tweeted and deleted, "My husband expressed his displeasure in a calm tone, JetBlue staff overheard, and they kicked us off."
The incident took place just weeks before President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. Ivanka was on her way to Palm Beach.
TMZ was the first to report the news.
