What New Court Docs Reveal About Mary Kay Letourneau’s Relationship with Vili Fualaau
It doesn't seem like Vili Fualaau, 34, and Mary Kay Letourneau, 55, are on the same page when it comes to their split.
He filed for separation last May, and she filed a petition to have the case dismissed, however, Vili moved forward.
In court docs obtained by TheBlast.com, Letourneau indicates that she still thinks they can make it work.
She checked the box, “believes in reconciliation, is reconciling and reconciliation is possible.”
Despite the papers, Fualaau's lawyer tells the site that Vili is “moving forward with the separation.”

Mary Kay is a former sixth-grade teacher from the Seattle area who was arrested in 1997 for having an affair with her 13-year-old student, Vili. She was 34 at the time and had a husband and four children.
Letourneau served seven-and-a-half years in prison, and went on to marry Fualaau after her release in 2004. They have two teenage daughters, Audrey and Georgia.
