Alden Ehrenreich stars as Brandon, a soldier who comes home from the Iraq War without his close friend Daniel (Tye Sheridan). Now, he must face Daniel's grieving mother (Jennifer Aniston) and tell her the truth about what happened to her son. The film also features Toni Collette, Jason Patric, and Jack Huston.
“The Yellow Birds" will air exclusively on DIRECTV May 17 to June 13, followed by a theatrical and On Demand release by Saban Films on June 15.
