Sir Elton John and David Furnish tied the knot for the second time on Sunday! See the pics!

Earlier this week, John's spokesman announced that the couple would wed again, after Britain passed a law allowing same sex couples full legal marriage status.

On Sunday, nine years to the day after their civil partnership ceremony at Windsor's city hall, they signed the documents converting their civil partnership to a marriage.

Eonline.com reports that this time around, the couple said “I do” at their Windsor estate in Berkshire in front of family – including sons Zachary, 3, and Elijah, 1 – and famous friends like David and Victoria Beckham, Ed Sheeran and others.

Adele was among the A-listers who couldn't make the festivities, but she did sent a handwritten note congratulating the couple. See it here!

Guests dined on wild mushroom soup and truffle cream appetizers, beef short ribs and caramelized onion pie, roasted potatoes, parsnips in horseradish butter for the main course and warm chocolate pudding, vanilla ice cream and wedding cake for dessert.

Last April, Elton and David dished on their wedding plans to "Extra's" Terri Seymour, saying "we'll probably just go to a local registry office and make it formal."
