Carrie Underwood Leads 2015 CMT Awards with 5 Nominations!
On the heels of winning last year's coveted video of the year, country superstar Carrie Underwood once again leads the pack for this year's CMT Awards with five nominations, including two noms for “Video of the Year.”
Carrie also received two honors for “Female Video of the Year” for her hits “Little Toy Guns” and “Something in the Water,” and another nom for “Collaborative Video of the Year” for her “Somethin' Bad” duet with Miranda Lambert. Close behind Carrie are Lady Antebellum and Kenny Chesney, with four nominations each.
New to the lineup, pop star Katy Perry, Grammy winner John Legend, rock icon Bob Seger and singer Aloe Blacc are nominated in the “CMT Performance of the Year” category.
