Blake Shelton & Tim McGraw Flying Solo at CMT Awards — Where Were Gwen Stefani & Faith Hill?
Last night, Blake Shelton went solo at the CMT Music Awards. Where was his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani?
Gwen was nowhere to be seen in the star-studded audience while Blake spoke onstage after winning the Social Superstar Award. During his acceptance speech, he told the crowd, "CMT's Social Superstar — that's not what I was going for, but what the hell! I have a few drinks and get on Twitter once in a while. I didn't know you could get paid for that, but damn!”
When “Extra's” special correspondent Alecia Davis asked Blake's pal Luke Bryan where Gwen was, he responded, “I don't know. You're not getting me to tattletale.”
Earlier in the day, Gwen had posted a pic of herself with son Kingston and wrote on Twitter, "Hi been rehearsing all day for the tour!! R u coming? Gx.” Gwen is about to kick off her This Is What the Truth Feels Like Tour in just a few weeks on July 17.

Another big country star, Tim McGraw also attended the show without his usual date — wife Faith Hill. Instead, he brought his daughter Maggie as his date to the ceremony, which was hosted by Erin Andrews and J.J. Watts.
He told Alecia, "Faith's at home. She's probably got her fuzzy socks on, watching it on TV."
Billy Ray Cyrus turned heads on the red carpet with his hair, which seemed to be a modern take on the mullet. The look is likely for his role as an Elvis impersonator in CMT's "Still the King."
Cyrus recently took part in a funny PSA to bring back the mullet. Watch!
