Jon Stewart Wears Wig, Channels Donald Trump — Watch!
Last night, Jon Stewart made a surprise appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," where he impersonated Donald Trump.
Colbert heckled Stewart, "You want people to pay attention, right? Face it, Jon: The media won't pay attention to anything at all unless you are Donald Trump.”
Stewart answered Colbert's call, saying in Trump style, "These 9/11 first responders are the most top-notch, first-class, diamond-encrusted heroes America can produce. Don't let Congress play politics with this necessary bill. If I am elected — and I will be elected — I will build a wall around politics and I will make politics pay for it.”
On the same night, Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton appeared on “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” where she called out Trump for his recent proposal to bar Muslims from entering the United States. “You know, I have to say, Seth, I no longer think he is funny.”
She reiterated, “I think for weeks you, and everybody else, were just bringing folks to hysterical laughter, but now he has gone way over the line. And what he is saying now is not only shameful and wrong, it is dangerous.” Watch!
Though many are giving their two cents on Trump, he is set to speak his mind on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" next Wednesday.
