Oh, Burn! Tori Spelling Sues Benihana
Tori Spelling is suing popular restaurant chain Benihana after a burn incident five months ago, TMZ reports.
In April, the Daily Mail broke the story that Tori had tripped and fallen onto a hibachi grill at a Benihana located in Encino, leading to third-degree burns on her right arm.
Following the incident, Tori was hospitalized and forced to undergo a skin graft to treat the severe injury. In the lawsuit, Spelling claims that she racked up medical expenses and loss of wages during her hospital stay.
