AARP to Honor Michael Douglas with Movies for Grownups® Career Achievement Award
Michael Douglas will be the man of the hour at AARP's 15th Annual Movies for Grownups® Awards as this year's recipient of the Career Achievement Award.
The special night, honoring films with particular relevance to the 50-plus set, will be hosted by comedian Kathy Griffin on Feb. 8 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
Douglas won't be the only one taking home a trophy. Other winners include “Spotlight” for Best Picture, Bryan Cranston (“Trumbo”) for Best Actor, and Lily Tomlin (“Grandma”) for Best Actress.
