Marc Anthony on His Friendship with Ex Jennifer Lopez’s BF Casper Smart
“Extra’s” AJ Calloway sat down with Marc Anthony, who opened up about his relationship with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend, Casper Smart.
Anthony said he doesn’t understand why people are surprised that he and Smart get along. “I don’t know what they expect, but Jennifer and I have a responsibility to the kids and so does Casper. He fulfills a very, very important role. My children love him and respect him and so do I.”
Marc continued, “I get it, he gets it, we get it… we really bonded. He’s a really good guy, solid guy.” The singer jokingly added, “Until he f**ks it up, that’s my story.”
Anthony also talked about twins Max and Emme’s upcoming 6th birthday. “We have a big one. It’s at this place that we rented out with trampolines and all that good stuff.”
Marc’s love for children is apparent in his work with Maestro Cares Foundation, which benefits homeless and neglected children in developing Latin American countries. Anthony, who was at the First Annual "Changing Lives, Building Dreams" gala for the foundation, explained, “They are my kids… I have 105 kids now.”
