Was Bethenny Frankel Engaged to Dennis Shields?

Rumors are swirling that “Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel and on-and-off boyfriend Dennis Shields were more serious than people knew.
Us Weekly reports that Frankel and Shields got secretly engaged four months before his death. A source said the couple had “talked about engagement a lot” in 2017.
While “they were very back and forth,” another insider claimed Bethenny and Dennis “were definitely making plans to move forward with things and trying to make it work.”
The pal emphasized, “Dennis really loved her.”
Five days before his passing, Dennis gushed about Bethenny on “Listen Up Show with Mitchell Chadrow," saying, “She's great. She's a great mother. She's a great person. She's really, really smart. She is terrific in every way.”
On Monday, Frankel broke her silence on his death, writing on Instagram, “Rest In Peace my sweet babies who gave me endless unconditional love." #nowandforever.”
