Katy Perry Chops Off Her Hair on Snapchat After Breakup with Orlando Bloom!
Katy Perry is freeing herself from boys and hair!
After her breakup with Orlando Bloom earlier this week, the “Chained to the Rhythm” singer snapchatted herself in the salon today as celebrity hairstylist Chris McMillan chopped off her shoulder-length blonde locks.
In the video, Katy said, “Let's redefine beauty, right Chris?” and “You can't bring me back. I just wanna be who I wanna be. Don't shame me.”
At the end of the chat, Katy says to the camera, “Guys, I love it. I feel very free. Now, there are other, much more important things going on in the world. Tune in to that."
Her new 'do resembles Miley Cyrus' style, with shaved sides and longer pieces on top that come nearly to her ears, but the inspiration behind the cut is actually “Manchester by the Sea's” Michelle Williams.
Katy's dog Nugget was also in many of the shots as it roamed around during the snipping.
On the same day, Katy also took to social media to comment on her split from Orlando, tweeting, "HOW BOUT A NEW WAY OF THINKING FOR 2017⁉️U can still b friends & love ur former partners! No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all!😘."
