The Wells Fargo Center's official Twitter shared video of Offset going down on one knee to the cheers of the crowd as Cardi B freaks out with joy.
It wasn't easy to hear her say yes, but considering she accepted a big sparkler on her ring finger and hugged him, it's a safe bet!
