'The Voice' Playoffs Live Blog, Night 2: Who Will Make the Top 12?
We're live-blogging tonight's Season 14 “The Voice” playoffs!
Last night, Brynn from Team Kelly, Sharane from Team Adam, Kyla from Team Blake, and Britton from Team Alicia all made it through to the Top 12!
Now, the remaining contestants from Team Blake and Team Alicia will compete for a chance to move on to the next round.
9:00 p.m. That's a wrap! Tune in tomorrow for Team Adam and Team Kelly and to find out who is moving on to the Top 12!
8:57 p.m. Johnny is closing out the night with Adele's "One and Only." Keys praised his "beautiful energy" and "powerful" voice.
8:50 p.m. Kelsea is owning the stage with "Need You Bad." Keys called her a "unique voice" and encouraged everyone to vote for her.
8:48 p.m. Jackie F. is taking us back to the 1980s with Heart's "Alone." Alicia praised her for having a very clear sense of who she is.
8:41 p.m. Christiana takes on the Hozier's haunting "Take Me to Church." Kelly exclaimed that Christiana might be the "greatest person on this show."
8:34 p.m. Terrence is first up from Team Alicia, singing "Ain't Nobody" as he plays the keyboard. Adam called him "fresh" and Alicia encouraged everyone to vote for him because he marches to his own drum.
8:33 p.m Voting has closed for Team Blake, and his now open for Team Alicia!
8:24 p.m. Gary got patriotic singing "America the Beautiful"! Shelton called it a "big move" on Gary's part, telling him "congratulations."
8:21 p.m. Now, Austin is slowing things down with "Love Yourself"! Blake told him he's "not like anyone else" and called him a "gift to us."
8:13 p.m. Pryor is giving "9 to 5" a rock twist! Adam called him "amazing" and insisted that even though he is on Blake's team, he belongs on this show.
8:05 p.m. Wilkes is up next singing one of Gwen Stefani's hits, "Don't Speak"! Blake called it a "great song choice" and praised the way he handled a mishap with the mic stand.
8:01 p.m. Spensha from Team Blake starts things off with a spirited performance of "Smoke Break." Kelly praised her saying she nailed it and agreed with Blake that Spensha is going to be a force in country music.
8:00 p.m. Carson kicks off the show, revealing that fans can vote tonight via Twitter or the official app, but results will not be revealed until tomorrow.
