'SNL' Goes After President Trump Post-Inauguration

Aziz Ansari hosted "SNL" on Saturday, using his monologue to attack President Trump by noting that the day after his inauguration, "an entire gender protested against him." He also tackled racism by joking that it's been a rough time for "lowercase-kkk" racists who have had to deal with the popularity of President Obama, "Empire" and racially diverse "Star Wars" flicks.

The show was full of Trump references, kicking off with Beck Bennett as Vladimir Putin, offering words of advice to President Trump and the American public. He promised Russia will take care of America because "it's the most expensive thing we've ever bought." He also needled the POTUS for bragging that a million people showed up to his inauguration. On lying, he offered, "Say that you're friends with LeBron James, not that you are LeBron James."

Another sketch that got a lot of action on social media was Kate McKinnon's Kellyanne Conway singing a parody of the song "Roxie." In the pre-taped segment, she belted, "The name on everybody's lips is gonna be Conway!" The song, from the Broadway musical (and, later, the Oscar-winning movie) "Chicago," is about a woman who embraces notoriety for attention. At one point, she crooned, "Who says that lying's not an art?"
